Our first investor: Palladio Partners

We are delighted to have secured Palladio Partners as the first strategic investor in 15 data centres across the DACH region. Palladio Partners is one of Germany’s leading infrastructure investors and manages approximately €8.7 billion. For more than ten years, the company has invested long-term capital from German institutional investors in sustainable projects—from fibre-optic networks to decentralised data centres. Its close collaboration with local authorities and municipal utilities is particularly valuable.

Investment project in Heiligenhaus

The first YEXIO data centre is being developed in the Heiligenhaus Innovation Park in collaboration with Palladio Partners and Stadt- und Bodenentwicklungsgesellschaft Heiligenhaus (SBEG), the local urban and land development company. The site offers significant long-term potential, enables synergies such as waste heat recovery and strengthens technological innovation.
