As a spin-off of HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions, we bring together expertise in construction, lifecycle management and digital infrastructure. We focus on optimising data centres holistically, from planning through to operation. Our energy-efficient and sustainable solutions make data centres more commercially viable and future-ready.
Sustainability as a guiding principle
Our data centres run on 100% renewable energy, while the waste heat they generate is fed into local systems. We use energy-efficient technologies and modular construction. Drawing on the core expertise of HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions, we operate our YEXIO data centres using a holistic lifecycle approach—from financing and maintenance through to decommissioning.
